Global Ocean Governance and Ecological Civilization
“全球海洋治理與生態(tài)文明”專題政策研究項目，以推動海洋資源可持續(xù)利用、實現(xiàn)全球海洋治理創(chuàng)新為目標，重點開展基于生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的綜合海洋治理、綠色海洋運營、海洋可再生能源系統(tǒng)、海底資源開發(fā)與可持續(xù)利用等研究，并探討推動海洋治理與生物多樣性保護、綠色“一帶一路”等相關專題政策研究之間的協(xié)同增效，研提相關政策建議。
The SPS on Global Ocean Governance and Ecological Civilization aims to promote the sustainable use of marine resources and achieve innovation in global ocean governance. It focuses on integrated ecosystem-based ocean governance, green ocean operations, marine renewable energy systems, and the development and sustainable use of undersea resources. In addition, the study promotes synergies between marine governance and biodiversity conservation, green BRI (and other related SPSs), while putting forward relevant policy recommendations.
