“長江經(jīng)濟帶生態(tài)補償與綠色發(fā)展體制改革”專題政策研究項目，聚焦流域自然資本核算與生態(tài)投融資機制和政策創(chuàng)新研究，針對核算標準化平臺、生態(tài)產(chǎn)品定價與交易機制、投融資政策設(shè)計、核算在空間規(guī)劃中的應用、生態(tài)產(chǎn)品價值實現(xiàn)制度保障等開展研究，為長江大保護和黃河流域高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供針對性、時效性政策建議。

The SPS on Ecological Compensation and Green Development Institutional Reform in the Yangtze River Economic Belt focuses on natural capital accounting and innovations in ecological investment, financing mechanisms, and policy. The team has proposed recommendations from the standardized accounting platform, ecological product pricing and trading mechanism, investment and financing policy design, and the application of accounting in spatial planning (along with a mechanism to cash out ecological product perspectives), in order to provide customized and timely policy recommendations for protecting the Yangtze River and the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
