Green Finance
“綠色金融”專題政策研究項(xiàng)目，針對生態(tài)治理與生物多樣性保護(hù)融資難現(xiàn)狀，研究了國際生態(tài)治理和生物多樣性融資模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與最佳實(shí)踐，探討了利用行政和市場手段來解決生態(tài)保護(hù)金融的激勵(lì)與約束問題，提出了促進(jìn)生態(tài)保護(hù)和生物多樣性融資的總體方案和政策建議。
The SPS on Green Finance focuses on international best practices for financing ecology governance and biodiversity protection in order to address current financial gaps in ecology governance and biodiversity protection. The study discusses the application of administrative and market approaches to set up incentives and restrictions for ecological protection financing. It also proposes an overall plan and preliminary policy recommendations on promoting ecology and biodiversity financing.
