全球綠色價(jià)值鏈
Global Green Value Chains
“全球綠色價(jià)值鏈”專題政策研究項(xiàng)目在全球產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移、貿(mào)易形式與政策變化背景下，探討了中國在全球軟性商品價(jià)值鏈綠色轉(zhuǎn)型和重塑中發(fā)揮的作用，從體制機(jī)制構(gòu)建、政策與技術(shù)手段的應(yīng)用完善、綠色價(jià)值鏈理念與雙多邊進(jìn)程的融合等方面，提出了政策建議。
The SPS on the Global Green Value Chain focuses on China's role in the green transition and reshaping global soft commodity value chains in the context of global industry transfer and changing trade patterns and policies. It promotes the establishment of standards for commodity legality and tracking systems for commodities, the embedding of the concept of global green value chains in bilateral and multilateral trade agreements.
